Our Business Associate Decision Making Matrix was mentioned during the "In the Trenches, Lessons Learned from Real-life Audit Experiences" webinar this month. Many of you have asked how to find this form on your compliance website. Here are the instructions:
Once you login and click on an office name under "My Offices" you arrive at your dashboard. Along the left hand side of the page you will see several tabs. Click on the "Forms" tab and type a relevant key word into the search bar. Or use the category drop down menu to search within our Compliance classifications. For this form you'll want to search "Decision Making Matrix" or simply "Breach" to see all of our Breach related documents. Here is a link to the Decision Making Matrix.
