OSHA inspections, we recently received the following question from a client;

Q: I
am taking over OSHA compliance for our medical practice and the previous safety
officer is telling everyone that OSHA will never inspect us because of our
small size. I do not believe this is true, but I need proof. Can you help?
A:
Actually, small practice comprised the greatest percentage of practices that
OSHA inspected last year. According to 2010 OSHA inspection reports, almost 75%
of all inspections were small practices.
