ACCESSING REPORTS
We have recently received several requests for "how to" instructions on HCP reporting features. Because of this, we thought we'd focus your Tip this month on HCP Compliance Program Reporting options. NOTE: these reports can only be run by those who are setup as HCP Supervisors, Account and Office Administrators for your website.
This tip includes information on accessing Account and Office Training Reports as well as Individual User Training Histories. Here are the instructions for accessing each type of report:
Account Training Report: (for Account Administrators Only)
- Login to your HCP account and click on your organization under MY ACCOUNTS
- Click on the REPORTING tab on the left
- Click on the TRAINING tab
- You can now view your organization's training summary (shown in the red box). Use the drop down menus to filter the training information
- This information is also downloadable to Microsoft Excel. Create the report by clicking the Download CSV link
Office Training Report: (For Office and Account Administrators)
- Login to your account and click on an office under MY OFFICES
- Click on the REPORTS tab
- Click on the TRAINING tab
- At this point you can view your training summary for all employees in this specific office. Use the drop down menus to filter the training information
- This information is also downloadable to Microsoft Excel. Create the report by clicking the Download CSV link
Individual User's Training History: (For Supervisors, Office and Account Administrators)
- Login to your account and click on your organization under MY ACCOUNTS
- Click on the EMPLOYEES tab and select the employee whose training history you want to view
- Click on the TRAINING HISTORY tab
- From here you will be able view all training history and access all certificates of completion for the employee
