General Mental Health Awareness

It is a combination of many different factors: genetics, biology, and life experiences. A life crisis can trigger it, a physical ailment, or several other things. This training provides an overview of the top 5 leading types of mental illness, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia.
Medical Marijuana

Course Overview: Marijuana is the dried flower of the Cannabis Sativa plant. It contains delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is what gives the "high" feeling on feels with marijuana. That is because THC has hallucinogenic properties. It also contains Cannabidiol (CBD). Per the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute on Drug Abuse, CBD is said to provide some health benefits.
