Course Overview: Harassment is illegal when it is so
frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or
when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being
fired or demoted). It can involve verbal, physical, or visual conduct and can
occur on or off the worksite, and the victim and/or harasser can be of any
position, gender, age, etc. This training is for employees to be able to
understand to be able to define, describe, and/or list the following aspects of
workplace harassment.
