Employees receive annual training on custom-built policies and you are updated on any critical federal employment changes as they occur. HCP provides all necessary federal forms and posters required to be posted in your organization and allows you to document notes, upload files and create reminders for each employee as well as offer a range of additional courses as well as custom courses.

Our Compliance Advisory Team works with you to create and customize an employee handbook with federal employment laws.
Further, HCP helps you develop internal policies including at-will employment; confidentiality policies; dress codes; pay periods; holidays; time off; employee benefits; and resignation and termination.
All staff (including providers) will be trained on your HR policies and all required federal employment regulations and your staff will have year-round access to all policies.
A certificate of completion will be provided by HCP for all staff members and completion dates will be documented and archived online indefinitely, showing that the staff member has received your HR policies.
You can perform background checks on applicants and staff and store completed reports within your Employee Virtual Binder.
You will receive access to our course library with over 130 courses. Many of these courses contain refresher training for targeted learning in succeeding years.
HCP keeps the library updated by adding cutting-edge industry courses regularly. Additionally, each course contains a searchable online reference guide to access training information instantly.
Unlimited Custom Courses
HCP allows you to create your own course content. We can build it for you or allow you to create it yourself. Need new training on a piece of equipment and want to upload a video provided by the manufacturer? We can do it.
Our custom courses come complete with embedded video capability, multimedia upload, voice narration, slide animations, quizzes, testing, custom backgrounds, and certificates.
We provide CME (Continuing Medical Education) credits for physicians and others required to submit CME credits annually. Take your HIPAA, OSHA, and Fraud, Waste & Abuse training annually and receive AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits for each course upon completion.
