|Target Audience: All Employees
Course Overview: Substance abuse is the dependence on or overuse of an addictive substance, particularly alcohol or drugs. Harmful use of any substance for mood-altering purposes would be considered substance abuse. "Substances" can be a number of things, anything from bath salts to white out. "Abuse" can result because a person is using a substance in a way that is not intended or recommended, or because they are using more than prescribed. This training is for employees to have a better understanding and awareness of the types of substance abuse.
